I hate to exercise and get up early but I am loving going to the yoga class here and actually look forward to it! Great find in Perdido. Nice studios, nice instructor, nice people! I was worried abut it being to hard but there is no pressure there and you only do what your body limits you too. (and no one laughs at you!) LOL!
I love taking my kids to this gym! I have a daughter in the older gymnastics class and she has really learned a lot from the experienced instructors. I also have a 2 year old that I take to open gym on Fridays and there are a ton of activities for her to do. She loves climbing on the mats and river stones. The owner is also super sweet and experienced in kid and adult classes (I hear she kicks butt at adult bootcamp). I would highly recommend signing up for classes here!

It really says something about this place when the thing you'll miss the most about a duty station is your GYM! I don't have enough time to say how awesome Jennifer is, and what a fun environment she creates. Don't be fooled by her sweet demeanor, she will kick your butt in boot camp!
BeachLife is wonderful! I have been going to boot camp there for well over a year. I went throughout my pregnancy and Jennifer and the other instructors were so great about modifying exercises for me, but still giving me a great workout. The kid's classes in the afternoons are also great!
GREAT programs for kids and wonderful coaches! Thanks guys for being an amazing outlet for my kiddos and their energy!!
We just had our daughters third birthday party and BeachLIFE with a gymnastics, open play theme! It was so much fun! The party format is perfect for little ones and plenty of room for tables chairs and set up for food. Jenn makes sure all details are attended to. Had a great boot camp/ metcon type class this morning, just what I've been looking for when I visit the key, Jennifer was so nice & a great soft spoken instructor, I hope to make it back tomorrow
